Edited it to be more accurate.

But in all seriousness, without accusing you of being a scammer (and on the risk of sounding cliche), PayPal isn't generally accepted by traders since their ToS is against bitcoin, allowing chargebacks (telling you in case you didn't know). The only time they accept PayPal is if someone has some considerable rep.

yeah that's understandable, I get what you're saying but I have no intention of doing that I just need $20 btc.

Try withdrawing it to your bank, and then offering a wire transfer for bitcoin; you'll get more offers that way.

Nice to see you having good intentions, but unfortunately for you, newbies in the past have destroyed any trust we would have had.
