It looks to me like fastcash4bitcoins.com and coinbase are good options.

Ill check them out, sometimes the advertised sites are not that good. The only way they get business is thru those ads, not through word of mouth (like on here).

You could just spend them on things you need to buy anyway?

Here is my current favorite. They are not cheaper than with cash, but they are great socks. Super soft and warm, plus they don't seem to stink after wearing.I don't know why, but that's a bonus.

I have signed up as a seller on localbitcoins.  It looks like there are people from around the world who are willing to trade bicoin for cash.  The site itself does not buy or sell bitcoins, it is mostly just a means of helping people get in touch.  I have never actually made any exchanges that were arranged there but it looks like a lot of people are.

I sold my 305 bitcoins at MtGox.  I got about $3000 for them.  The process was fairly painless.

If you dont mind giving them a ton of personal details to cash out your internet funbux including bank account details. Considering how often these exchanges are "hacked", I sure as hell wouldnt trust them with that kind of information.

Create an account on an exchange like BitFunder, buy shares of TU.SILVER, and redeem them for physical silver.
You can also do this with physical gold on BTC-TC with the GOLD and BTC-GOLD funds IIRC.

Then you can take your physical and sell it or trade it for whatever you want. Just one idea.

BitMe.com, if you don't mind the bid/ask split.

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.

Another site GiftsforCoins.com will let you spend your bitcoins on gift cards that you can use in real stores online or in person.
