There is no guarantees that in dice you can win 100-150% before busted, you can lose your initial bankroll without winning as well. If a players has won 100-150% first then get busted means that the player is a greedy player, get 100-150% of initial bankroll should be enough for us to stop and go away.

Therefore, the House Edge has decreased unto 2%, i.e., RTP is now 0.98.

It's related one game board. Total sum of wins on the game board are equal 98% of total bets. Distribution or value of prizes doesn't matter.

On the long run (full screen or more) you can't lose or win much. On short run your win depends of your luck.
In crowd of players if someone lose, another will win (much more then house). It's fair imo.
