We have had three users that say that there have been made withdrawals from their Coinbet24 account, where they not made withdrawal them self.

To make a withdrawal from a Coinbet24 account, you need to be logged in, so this can only be done by one knowing the password. For these accounts there have not been changed password and there have not been tried with a lot of password - login is made in first try for login, which indicates that the one making this have got these three users password. Passswords are encrypted in our DB, where we even not can see them!
It is hard for us to stop it if others than the user have got the password.

Best to do now is to change your passwords in "account info" and make sure not let anyone know your password.

All withdrawals will today be made manually, which means that you have to expect some longer withdrawal times.

We will investigate this further today - and make an update later!

Do you need to find a sport that is live and then get the inplay option?

Is there no tab for 'sports' and then 'in play'?

If you click "All In-play" then you will see a full list of In-play events running - if you click one of the sport right under you will see a list of In-play events running at that moment foir the current sport. Each event have a line in these lists - to see all markets for an events click "+" just right to the odds of the event.

Deposited 500 mBTC today with your first deposit bonus. Looking to hopefully withdraw it (duh), but I have a question about a rule. There is a part that says

Does that mean that since my turnover requirement is 2250 mBTC, my maximum amount counted toward the bonus per bet is a bit over 500 mBTC? I originally thought it was 25% of my 500 mBTC, but after taking the bonus, I clearly saw the turnover requirement. Please confirm which one it is.

Also, what does the cancel bonus button do it this case? One last thing - I noticed that my 500 mBTC wasn't locked. Does this mean I can withdraw my winnings/funds, without forfeiting the bonus?

This bonus is paid out after the requirements is met. This also means that your winnings is not locked.

The 25% means that when your requirements is 2250 then max counting for a bet is 25% of this (562,50 mBTC).
