You don't use Cloudflare DDos protection? Most of sites use it to prevent DDos attack.

We actually use cloudflare. But this only protects against layer7 ddos attacks.
We were attacked on layer 3/4 ... But during next week we will make this protection also.

The fee your using for withdraws is too little. I got this tx from my 1 BTC withdraw. It has 3 inputs, but only a 0.0001BTC fee, or 20 satoshis/byte. bitcoinfees.21.co estimates it will take up to ~90 minutes for it to confirm, which is a bit long for some people who might need the funds. Consider using a higher fee (maybe 30 satoshis/byte). There is currently 3.2 mb of transactions in the mempool.

Edit: took 24 min to confirm. Not that bad, but it would take a lot longer when the mempool is larger during peak times

I agree on this, a bit increase in fee but have great effect on the speed of transaction will be awesome.  Some user including me prefer to have faster transaction with a bit higher fee than slower transaction with normal fee.  For us (investors /entrepreneurs), time essence is important because it will cost us more waiting for the transaction to be confirmed for a longer time than having more fee.  Please consider the qouted suggestion.

If your not currently using cloudflare is suggest it even tho im not sure how well that would work with your live bet tables.

Hi do you restrict accounts? My account would only let me bet 0.15b on a live soccer market the other day and yesterday I couldn't even bet that much. Do you have a list of your bet limits for each sport/market? Or are there plans for a max bet button/indicator?

Not sure if people are individually limited, or if svjr was playing some obscure sport where their risk management is higher, but I haven't had a (huge*) problem with limits.

Limits are way too low. Tried to place a 50 mBTC live in play, had to make a 30 mBTC bet and caused me to lose good odds. Ended up placing 45 mBTC total. :/

The problem is same for every site that gives bonuses and expect a high rollover rate such as 35x. I advise you to not use these bonuses, because when you try to rollover you may probably lose your initial deposit too. It's not a wise decision to use %100 bonus for 1 BTC and try to make 35 BTC worth bets from high odds...
