If you want to invest your btc then dont even think about looking at the exchanges rate anymore . If you keep thinking that it is more profitable to go with trading btc into fiat then you are free to do so however dont forget that everything comes with a risk and the volatility of trading is actually pretty high compare with the varianes in investing in a casino

Why not ,there alot of Bitcoin and others shitcoin casino run pretty steady so far now. But if you a gambler I suggest you to inform the admin to lock your account from gambling.

i think it can be risky specially if you are investing online, because there are so no guranty that the site can be really and will not be scam i think you first need to get some goo information about them and only then to invest.

$3000 is currently around 3 btc or more which is quite low amount if you ask me. It totally depends on the bankroll because if the site only has 100 btc or lower than that , investing 3 btc will means that you support around 3 % of the bankroll so the return is actually quite good however if the site has more than the 3 btc wont suistain almost dust amount in 1x kelly investment
