Because you dont seem to have nodes added

go to C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\UberCoin

Create a ubercoin.conf with

addnode=193.192.37.135
addnode=162.243.239.239

Save it as ubercoin.conf, or go to ubercoin console and write

addnode 193.192.37.135 add
addnode 162.243.239.239 add

Because of large premined If there was a exchange, I could decide easier to mine this coin or not. I really believe mining this coin is not absolutely profitable but a exchange make my choose easier.
