No paypal to bitcoin trade for newbies like you in here. You can't find anyone to trade with you with your current rank. Try localbitcoins or virwox intead. Paypal has a charge back option so people usually takes precaution in dealing with unreputed people around here.

No one will be willing to trade with you, given the risk of the transaction being reversed after months and the fact that PayPal tends to favor against the bitcoin side when it comes to disputes. For that reason, we have a sticky thread in this section: Beware of PayPal and other reversible transfer services. What it says? This is why newbies are not likely to sell their PayPal USD for bitcoins successfully.
