If I understand the auction correctly, bidding should now be closed?

HowGudAmI and gweedo panicked and lowered their bids unnecessarily from 1 BTC to 0.96 BTC and from 1.07 BTC to 1 BTC respectively.  Not sure if usage will be using the higher or lower bid of HowGudAmI and gweedo.  The rules aren't exactly clear on the matter of a winning bidder submitting a lower bid.

Waiting on confirmation from usagi on the official results.
