I've seen many people offer data entry/typing jobs so I thought I'd open my own service.

I'll be doing any job that involve data entry/typing such as converting (PDF/WORD/EXCEL/etc). I currently type at usually 120-130 wpm and I can get the number up if you have urgency.

just share the link in public. it may help us and others also who are doing typing works. and wasting their time on captcha entry sites that pays only 1$ per 1000 Entries.. what type of site you have which paying 5$ per page? I really want to know that.

you can write 120 to 130 word per minutes? are you serious? I know peoples who write 50 to 60 words and they are very fast.. if you can write that much speed then what are you doing here dude. go on world bank and get a typist job. lolz

Yes, I am pretty serious about it. I wish I could but I'm European (Portuguese) so I'm looking for an online typist job!

you can check your typing speed in various sites by giving a simple typing test. I was gave this typing test and my typing speed is 45wpm.. but now I don't remember that site. you should do a google with this key word: how to test typing speed

Typing test are quite common around the web - just try this one: http://10fastfingers.com/typing-test/english I think it is the most popular one.
It has the option to swich words to almost any language beside English too. Enjoy.

I saw a typist of this speed in real life except they were used to a full size heavy typewritter.  So when they used the computer keyboard it launched off the desk as they used too much force, this person was in their seventies and had typed their whole life.

I had thought OCR would wipe out these jobs sorry.  Maybe if you take surveys that would be similar
