Exactly. Following such an event there will probably no more existing economies based upon currencies. The technology will survive (the knowledge is stored at high redundance) just the amount of people diminishing will lead to a new sort of bots based production.

I think certainly there are countries that will not join the war. there is always the non block between World War 1 and 2 as well as if happened with the 3rd world war and world war 3 although underway my countries will never interfere with Soviet or American. so my country will not join the war. I can still use the internet and bitcoin

I'm not really sure how BTC will survive World war 3 but what I can think of is ww3 destroying the internet, and the go signal to execute the New World Order. With regards to BTC, it may survive if NWO will allow it to, for I believe that behind every BTC transaction is something we are about to know.

Even if it did survive - the vast majority of coins would be lost due to the huge numbers of wallet passphrases being lost with their owners.

If ww3 breaks out then biggest question is if humen will survive ? Bitcoin no doubt has stable future but on other side i am hopeful there will never be any ww3 since all people of the world are very good and wise and reject such ideas.

I'm sure that after each war, even World war, someone will survive (in some deep caves ) but I'm not sure that Internet will survive complete disaster of the planet earth, and that survivors will care about it or Bitcoin.
I feel that you are very idealistic if you believe that we will not have another World war because people are very good.

We had WW I and WW II and also WW III (Cold war) but reason why WW III didn't become ''hot'' war is very simple: ''No guarantee for victory''.
WW IV is also possible with terrorist like ISIS and if this happen, please believe me, nobody will care any more about any bitcoin.

Do not think like that if another war like world war 1st and world war 2nd occurred then neither the internet nor bitcoin will survive, a lot of destruction will happen and the world will face a great damage and will go back to stone age. No country would be a fool to initiate another world war.

It depends on bitcoin's popularity in that time. If people loving used to depend on bitcoin,if bitcoin widely used all over the world,it will successfully overcome world war 3

With the tension or conflict in the South China Sea, it is possible that China-Russian will get into war with USA, and most Europe countries probably will be stay out of the game.
My point is internet will be accessible in Europe. If for some reason, Europe decide to attack Russian from the other side, Australia, new Zealand will still have internet, everybody in China/Russian/USA will be struggling to connect to network in Australia to do Bitcoin business.

Right, the internet will dead all of the facilities will destroyed at that time, only war in every place but bothing for some country is not following World war. but they can get a big effect from WW.

Yeah agree with this , bitcoin will survive if more smart people still alive if world war 3 will happen,but there is no sense to start world 3 many innocent will die.

I think it depends with powerful person, they could hire an assistant and that assistant is knowledgeable enough to ensure the survival of bitcoin ecosystem. If such crisis arise from bottom of the hell, haphazard killings could be the terror we really do not want to happen.
