You can sell your coins on exchanges and send the funds to your bank account. You can sell via local markets like localbitcoins. You can buy stuff with purse.io for a discount, and then sell that stuff again for a little profit on local markets. There are plenty of options available for you.

for me, i do not recommend to use the ATM nor the debit card, they have a high amount of fees which is not in need. for the best way, i would recommend for spending the bitcoin directly, so unneccessary transaction fees can be easily avoided. you will need to verify your identity if you wanna use the cashout except the such ATM.

out of ability to use the signature, i want a new ban strike policy that will fade the strike after 90~120 days of the ban and not to be traced back, like google | email me for anything urgent, message will possibly not be instantly responded i am not really active for some reason

I always use Kraken exchange for my cash outs.. It is one of the most reliable exchanges out there with a solid reputation. In addition it only charges the trading fees and you get the market price for your coins. When withdrawing they charge a very small fee for a SEPA withdrawel, atleast in the EU. I don't think you can get it much cheaper than this method anywhere.
Unless you are ofcourse willing to go and trade it face to face with someone, than you might even be able to make a premium on your coins by charging the buyer over market price, but this involves a small risk and takes way more time. So unless you are willing to do something like that, I'd use Kraken.
Finally, in the Netherlands we have services like bitonic that allow buying and selling of you coins directly through your debit account. If you are selling you just send the coins and within a few days you have the cash. This does cost a few % on market price though, so I wouldn't recommend it unless you need the cash desperately.
This. If you are in Europe, use Kraken's SEPA withdrawal. The fee is minimal, something like 9 cents. If you are in the US, use Coinbase or Circle.

The one of my favorite exchanger there to convert my bitcoin into perfect money funds(usd) is changer.com its a high trusted score in the list but now i don't see this site on perfect money partner list.. But you can try with your self just make sure you start with small amount .. before you start convert high amount to know they are still legit or you can also email the support or chat them to know if the site is still active..

the best option is always selling it locally, you can use the popular site like localbitcoins or depending on your country you might find better offers in your country by googling or searching on some other forums related to your country. taking cash or receiving the money directly to the bank is options to think about.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip. Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

Everyone is mentioning a local option which you should take.
But if youre not asking for a immediate action which can wait for 2 business days for the same rate, then do cash in mail or cash deposit.
Eventually if its a regular thing, create a partnership with that supplier.

I think that the best way to cashout your bitcoins is finding someone locally near you and selling to him/them personally, every exchange takes fees even though if you use bitcoin debit card or anything else.

best way to get money in return for my bitcoin is to sell them to some local exchanger that gives me cash in return and has the lowest fee because using the exchanger in my case will cost me more fees.

Cash in mail if you want to go rogue. But most can be easily done locally with the ads on localbitcoins, so theres no other simple easy solution unless you do the cash deposit route on the deposit credit.

What is the fastest way in cashing out bitcoins?
If your are looking for fast cashing out without and ready to pay some fee then I think, withdrawing from ATM's is best. I used some time back XAPO account and they charge some fee but I found it very convenient and faster way to get cash from our coins. XAPO got a very poor support so I stop using them but you can find some other good cards to convert your coins to cash fast. Only draw back in this method is usually service providers fee will be slightly higher side compared to selling locally.

IMO look for a trusted exchanger in this forum and then exchange your btc to paypal. And then withdraw them in the bank.
