If you were rich, would you still gamble?

Never ,the money that i will gamble will given to the poor people and to the charity..
When i was.only  a kid  i like helping people even i cant. So i keep that in my mind,,

it is the nature of good, but in fact you can not do the charity of the results of gambling because it is a sin.
but it all depends on your religion. but I still appreciate what you do, at least it was worthwhile to others, rather than having to gamble and ends with loss.

Gambling is not a sin, it is just a form of entertainment, just consider gambling where you spend money to get thrill and the winning should be a bonus. Some prefer gambling than spending their quality time in buying things or availing services, we have our own preference to enjoy life so as long as you are not hurting anybody that is not a sin.

A lot of people here gamble to become rich, but some do it for fun.

The question is, if you wake up tomorrow with 50 million dollars, would you still gamble for fun, or would you forget about gambling and do other stuff? Personally I think I would still gamble. I do it now, and I know I realistically will never get rich off gambling, because I barely do it and I don't risk much money, just for fun sometimes, to test my luck.
So if I had a lot of money, I would do bigger gambles, but they would still enter in the "for fun" amount (for the new 50 million standard). For example, gambling 1K a month would be irrelevant, and winning with a 1K bet can give you big rewards if you are lucky. It would still be fun, in fact more fun, and it would be as non risky as it is now, in terms of going financially bankrupt.

i think there are allot of peole who want to gamble just for the fun because they like the game so much so i think there are also people who are still rich and still gambling but i dont think that would be something for me.

if the rich are not all going to play gambling. if people are smart, they will not play gambling. because they are already rich.
but if you want to benefit, you can open a lot of business. if you want to have fun, many things more fun than gambling.

There are really patronizers of gambling sites and that is why gambling sites are making a lot of money, the feeling you get in gambling is really different that doing ordinary things, as in gambling if you are winning you will feel like you are the god of gambling that you cannot lose and would try to push our luck.

Rich people often times keep on gambling because of their other profit is not at stake but I think if you become rich or instant rich when you won the lottery or something you should get a business first hand so your profit will continue and if you do this you can now play with no worries.

I have to say it depends on religion. I think some religions also consider gambling a sin, because it is illegitimate. so sin is not only hurting others. but something illegitimate is a sin. I know gambling is only a game, but it's not entertainment, lots of entertainment more enjoyable if you are rich.

I'd say the opposite: that's the shortest way to lose your money. I thought everybody knows that, we have enough topics here which cover the subject, but apparently there are other opinions still.

This is true. People will tend to bet according to their bankroll. In addition, the rich will have special rooms to play with since they have a bigger betting amount. That is why it is quite rare to see people betting huge amount in the normal game tables.
