If you were rich, would you still gamble?

A lot of people here gamble to become rich, but some do it for fun.

The question is, if you wake up tomorrow with 50 million dollars, would you still gamble for fun, or would you forget about gambling and do other stuff? Personally I think I would still gamble. I do it now, and I know I realistically will never get rich off gambling, because I barely do it and I don't risk much money, just for fun sometimes, to test my luck.
So if I had a lot of money, I would do bigger gambles, but they would still enter in the "for fun" amount (for the new 50 million standard). For example, gambling 1K a month would be irrelevant, and winning with a 1K bet can give you big rewards if you are lucky. It would still be fun, in fact more fun, and it would be as non risky as it is now, in terms of going financially bankrupt.

Honestly, I would stop betting.
Look, as I bet to get rich, from the moment I get rich, I just stop betting! the risk of losing money gambling becomes high, especially from the moment you have more money in your pocket.

That is good strategy for long run, with good amount like that for playing everyday can be interesting and can bring fortune I think. I`m trying to point how important is to play relaxed, without fear of loosing all money you have. Rich people can afford to lose good amount and even then to come back and continue to play with high bets, eventually they earn a lot.
I think I wouldn't change my gambling strategy, I just need a bigger bankroll and that's it. If I would be rich I would enjoy much more in gambling I think.

If I was rich of course I would gamble from time to time but only for the fun of it. If I was rich I would not gamble that much because I would have better thing to do then gamble all do but I would not mind playing some times.
The reason why I would not gamble much because I do not want to be that person who was rich and gave it away because he got addicted to gambling.

Yeah the right thinking, because if it does not do a good control it will negatively affect in your wealth, for if we experience the addiction will very easily we eliminate all of the funds that we use to gamble

Also, I would game in much higher amounts, $100-$200 because with greater deposits come greater rewards, but of course, if you lose, you lose more money which can be bad, but if were talking millionaire rich, then I'd be gambling alot just for the fun of it.

I think many rich people gamble reason being they have that luxury of extra money where even if they loose will not actually hamper them. So they tend to gamble a lot if they are interested to do so.

And some rich people don't know how to spend their money because they have over money that they don't need in their everyday life. So they spent in some stuff and gamble if they really want to enjoy with their money. win or lose that's okay with them. That's how it is. But I know some rich people are miserly.

I just hope everyone thinks like you, but it is not. They think that once they become rich, they can gamble unlimited. That is wrong because if you gamble uncontrollably, you have a change that you will burn your wealth to the ground. But if you gamble with limit, you can preserve your money especially if you have investments that earn for you. Everyone should also think longevity of their wealth, not just the pleasure they can get from their money.

Who said we will gamble unlimited? I think not, we just gamble what we can afford to lose and that unlimited is only in the perception of the poor since they cannot afford the standard of the rich, the amount gambled maybe material to the poor but just immaterial to the rich.

it is the right and best choice. when the rich is better to stay away from gambling. if you reasonably want to have fun. whether you can not have fun with your wealth other than gambling? so if you are rich means you are smart and should never go back to gambling.

There are allot of gamble addicts in this world and some of them are already milionairs so i dont think that peopel who are rich wont gamble anymore.
Just because they have allot of money makes them gambling many times easier with their money.
