Not all rich people who has a foundation are heartily doing it to help the less fortunate people or the poor to be specific. Some just do it to hide their real income by donating to the foundation to maximize the expenses. Not even sure if the expenses recorded by the foundation are not manipulated.

But if an organization is working sincerely for the poor people then they have to get their reward in the form of salaries and they have to get some funds to develop their organizations, so that they can work more efficiently for the poor and needy people.

I dont see any reason to stop gambling, and gambling is not even that bad as you can see now it will be your own fault if you are losing to much money in gambling.
The only thing that you need is some patience for it otherwise you are going to lose to much money and you need also to control yourself.

Poor people will just aim for luck to come by keep on trying it again and again but rich people just can keep to have some fun because they have a lot of money to spend. If you spend a lot of time in casinos, what you'd actually see is that poor people are usually gambling MORE of their income in the hopes of winning a lot. Rich do play for entertainment (for example, it's widely known that Bill Gates uses the penny slots, despite having billions).
