i dont think poor people are less. they also frequent the casino. It is just that the amount is not a lot. The rich will see it is as a form of entertainment, so they dont just come for the casino. They will come and have fun, then after that will still have a line of activities. But poor people will just come to gamble and if they end up as a loss, they will just go home.

I don't think the length of time really means anything because rich people can place smaller bets and play longer and poor people can stay shorter because they blew everything on a single roulette roll.

and I think there should not be just enough to play gamble, but some good experience is also required to play gambling, if he have good knowledge about gambling he will benefitted with it and if he do not have any knowledge about gambling and come to play then he will unable to play well and will lose.

What does that even mean? There's only one type of gaming that's +EV: skill-based (poker is the only one I'm aware of). Other than this, you're -EV solely because of math.

why dice?
there are a lot of other games that you can play for gambling and they are all more fun than dice.

Well I think that is a good decision but some that are rich are tend to go on gambling just to have fun because they are too rich and never would know where to spend their money anymore, If I were them I would just give to the poor or charities that they would need most of an attention of the society.

Gambling is not really bad as long as you can follow all the golden rules of gambling. Treat it as entertainment, If I am rich I would just be of course for fun and nothing else.

That is right. You already have money so you don't need to do it for money. And if it is for fun, there are tons of things you can do that is fun without involving gambling.
