I would suggest then, that you give users fair warning on your site and them who you say "abuse" the cooldown limit all to a certain amount of satoshis to be earned in one day.

Otherwise you will be called all names under the sun even a scammer when you are not, please give fair warning when people join your site (terms of use F.A.Q.)
