At first you posted this which clearly says to ANY forum member. Then you regret and just threw out 20-30-40 bucks total to ONE forum member only. Now you want to collect ANY forum member real life informations...

That is an awkward way to go about it as you could make it fair and secure by simply asking the winning forum member for the Country which they are requesting their item to be shipped to without capturing other forum members personal information.  

If the winning forum member does not qualify for their selected item from the store, they can either choose another item or give up their position to the next in line.
