Can anyone tell which Wallet with lowest transaction fee both desktop and web wallet.

Thanks

Bitcoin core allows you to send TX without fee. Whether or not that is a good idea is a different question.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

You can adjust the transaction fee yourself so it doesn't depend on the wallet you use for your bitcoins

I think no wallets offers zero transcation fee. Fee are must for the bitcoin Network.
But do not use Xapo. Use Mobile wallet like Breadwallet as it is most secure.

The wallet is like the messenger, don't blame the messenger for the fee. It's the network that requires the fee, and wallets don't want people complaining transactions take forever, so there is a fee.
I used to do zero-fee transactions from bitcoin-qt, until it got stuck for 2 weeks. Unfortunately miners don't want larger blocks (as it is in their interest to gain higher fees), so we have to compete with eachother by paying them more.

Can we do betting with coinbase ?
No. Same goes for most online wallets which has to comply with local regulations.

For online wallets like Xapo, you cannot do on chain gambling with it since they use a different address when sending Bitcoin to another place.

Most desktop wallets allows users to adjust the fees or use floating fees. There isn't much difference between using different clients to reduce fees. However, if you want, choosing a client which supports compressed keys helps to reduce the size very slightly.

Aren't transaction fees like... a nickel... everywhere?

I think they can be a lot less; most of the people worrying about transaction fees are faucet-eers that rely on transactions of 10 cents at a time. Fees aren't supposed to be something to be worried about IMO. Not for now, at least.
yeah I think the fee is not a problem for now see the rate or price bitcoin still range of $400. fee of 0.0001 BTC
not a big problem. except bitcoin prices of more than $5.000 of course fee of 0.0001 BTC feels very expensive right ?
for the moment I don't think need to be debated.  0.0001 BTC still very cheap

For desktop wallet, try electrum. You can set fees manually.

For web wallet, try blockchain. And for mobile wallet, try mycelium.

And why do you want to pay lower transaction fees than the recommended fees? Your transaction priority must be low.

at the beginning of the first launching or opened xapo provide free charges for all transactions for now I don't know they are still exempt transaction fee or not ?
if you do not want to get a transaction fee you can store bitcoin in gambling site as crypto-games or fortunejack. they do not take a fee for sending bitcoin

Yes, Be careful Coinbase will block you account if it found your coins involved in Gambling or Betting.
You should use Desktop wallet if you want to have full control on your money.
Secondly Even if desktop wallets allows you to adjust the Fee, setting a too low fee is no good for
you as the transaction will always in pending status

I think that most wallet services allows the user to set their own fee (custom fees), which means you can low your fee to even 0 fee in any wallet.
But remember, low fee means you will have to wait a long time for the transaction to be confirmed by the miner.

I agree with some people when they say that Blockchain is the bitcoin wallet with the lowest transaction fee but there are other ones such as coinbase where they do not charge a transaction fee.

Reading through all the comments I was wondering why nobody mentioned Coinkite. IMO it is one of the best web wallets with lowest transcation fee. If I'm missing something please do tell me.

Can anyone tell which Wallet with lowest transaction fee both desktop and web wallet.

Thanks

You must always use a reliable and reputed bitcoin wallet even if the charge you some small amount of transaction fee.Going for a untrusted wallet just because it is free, may cost you all your coins.
You can try Spectrocoin for the offer nearly zero transaction fee https://spectrocoin.com/en/bankFees.html
