You can just show them a video or something to teach them about it, I think that is a good method to really let them see how its working.

Best method for others but not me. I would prefer someone at my back telling me what I can do and me as the one working at my computer. It will be like a teacher at my back and I am "hands on".

Of course you are going to back up as the video plays and explains what bitcoin is to the listeners once someone ask question about the thing they don't understand about bitcoin, since you are there you can simply answer it.
Listening to the experienced one or watching youtube videos are the good ideas. But one must be sure that the listeners must have some interest in earning or she or he has good research on bitcoin.
The more you know / are experienced , the more you can teach. Threads posted in this forum can really expend the knowledge of BTC. The new users can gain more knowledge here.
That's actually what I did to a friend. Rather than having it all his questions explained by me, I refer him to join this
forum because here, he can learn while he can earn. Learn and earn. I don't actually remember his current status right now but he might actually be a Member rank by now and close to a Full Member rank.

Not everybody has the time to read forums to learn. But I agree, these forums do explain a lot, and there's a lot of helpful members here to explain things.

the best way to teach them about bitcoin is to guide them, maybe they need to know about the wallet and so on. because for starters, is still very much to be learned

Teaching someone is not an easy task, it depends on how good speaker you are and what convincing power you hold, if you have this two qualities then it will be easier for you to teach anyone.

If that person is really interested and willing to learn more about bitcoin telling them some information about how to earn it and how to make a profit from would be enough for them then let them do some research about bitcoin without your guidance .

Aren't you contradicting your post Grin not easy task then easier for you to teach; well i'm just kidding.  I agree, it's not that easy to teach people about Bitcoin.  There are some condition to observe in teaching people.

First we need to know who is our audience.  Knowing who our audience is, make it easier for us to define our strategy / approach on teaching them about bitcoin.

Oh great some stupid signature spammer, the proper way to teach someone about bitcoin is yourself, you shouldnt rely on youtube or any of that to teach them because if they watch one of those boring stupid educational youtube channels teaching about Bitcoin they will never be interested because then there's just boredom associated with a great investment opportunity.

Yup, youtube videos will not help, if you really want to teach someone about bitcoin then ask them to sit beside you and show them each and every step practically, as it will be easy for them to understand.

And also if you do that you'll get that nice connection with your friend, partener, family member or whoever you're trying to show how to use bitcoins properly... Although btc is sometimes a bad addiction waiting to happen lol.

Becareful who you teach, dont teach a gambler about btc.

Best method for others but not me. I would prefer someone at my back telling me what I can do and me as the one working at my computer. It will be like a teacher at my back and I am "hands on".
yeah of course it is best to leave it in person. with face to face so that you can ask directly. what you do not know or what you're confusing. yeah if you want it that way. You can pay someone to be your teacher. or you could ask your friend

True.. face to face directly so can be used to make people understand about bitcoin easily. He can ask directly if you do not understand. If you do not tell him to be active in this forum. In addition to getting a signature campaign we can also get a lot of information here.

As the title say, what is the proper way to teach someone about what is Bitcoin?

Teaching someone is not difficult if he is educated and if he is interested in earning some bitcoin, bring him/her to this forum and tell them that here they can earn a good amount of bitcoin only by joining signature campaigns and then by start posting. they will readily start to adopt bitcoin and on this forum they will learn a lot about bitcoin.

yeah, it is not hard for educators to learn about bitcoin they can readily learn about all the aspects of bitcoin, but those who have less educated and want to learn about bitcoin, it is much harder, they will take much of your time.

I think the way you will be less good, because will impact the boredom they hear our explanation. I think that we are just explaining about the advantages of the bitcoin compared to other currencies and also estimates of the bitcoin on future
