I propose another category or 2 in the Good section of the market place.

It's getting quite busy in there nowadays, with nearly all of page 1 being refreshed every 24 hours.

I propose...

=============================================================
Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Marketplace > Goods > Money/Bullion/Gift Cards

Nearly 1/4 of all listings in the goods section now come under this banner.
Reselling silver, or $25 gift cards, or pouring their own metals etc.
=============================================================

And this next one is my favourite...
=============================================================
Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Marketplace > Goods > Bitcoin Related

I'm pretty sure that MANY people that get into bitcoin get REALLY REALLY excited
by it and they want some kind of souvenir.  Bitcoin is meant to be a digital only
monetary system, yet CASASCIUS physical coins outsell nearly anything
else in the goods forum. They are unique as well and people love to collect
unique stuff!

I for one can't get enough of collectable bitcoin items.  I got everything from
Bitcoin copper rounds, 1 gram silver art roumds, Casacius coins, bitcoin cheques,
etc.
=============================================================

One thing that gives me the shit about the good section is the fact most people don't post in the correct spot.

Maybe the DIGITAL GOODS section needs to be renamed to be a bit clearer for some of the sellers that maybe don't speak English that well. Maybe we could call it GAME KEYS / DIGITAL ITEMS / INVITES

Just a thought Smiley

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

"digital goods" should be renamed non-tangible goods, just to avoid confusion.

It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.

Or Intangible ^

Was just about to post that Casascius coins/Bitbills/etc should get their own subforum.

Currency Exchange could cover gift cards denominated in currency (not sure what to do about points-based gift cards other than move all gift cards regardless of denom into a Gift Cards sub). Precious Metals could use their own sub too.

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.
