Couldn't agree more, Ccex is a dead exchange of absolutely no consequence.

After the swap 1 old DES= 10 new DES, consequently the price has fallen X10

It does not matter to an investor to either hold 1 DES at 100.000 Satoshis or 10 DES at 10.000 Satoshis.
