it's nothing illegal
This depends on the jurisdiction where you live, but it may well be.

and everyone involved knows how ponzi schemes works
That's a lie and you know it.

it's like gambling
This is somewhat true, though gambling sites are usually a lot more transparent than Ponzi schemes in how they operate. Therefore, it isn't a very good comparison.

should be banned for life from this forum.
For trying to protect people from scams? No. It tends to only be those trying to be dishonest and push said schemes to unsuspecting users that say things like this.

@minifrij

do you understand how site works?

if you understand it you will know if it's scam or not.
you can't say to anything it's scam before you be sure or study site well.. you should give reasons why you say it's scam?

and why site will be scam if it takes %20 commission and we (uplines) get %80 ?

both site and uplines will get profits, and downline can be upline too in the same way and they get profits from their referrals, and so on..
where is the scam if site takes %20 commission??

i can show proof that site is paying, but looks you don't understand site and even not tried it, and you think yourself is smart if you simply say something is scam while it's not..

I do understand how your site works, which is why I didn't call it a scam. freedoge.co was talking generally about Ponzi schemes, therefore I responded with the facts about Ponzi schemes in general.

i can show proof that site is paying, but looks you don't understand site and even not tried it, and you think yourself is smart if you simply say something is scam while it's not..
I don't appreciate you putting words in my mouth and insulting my intelligence because of it. I never said your site was a scam, I said that Ponzis in general were scams.
Please don't do that.

i won't argue with you or discuss ponzi schemes. The fact is that this game has very transparent rules about affiliate commissions, it's very basic game where you need only 2 referrals to profit, so unless the admin doesn't pay this game is legit. Based on that i'm going to leave negative feedback to cryptodevil "cop" guy for false accusations based on no facts without doing proper research. Someone must stop this scam obsessed individual, so if you are honest and neutral, you must admit that cryptodevil made a huge mistake.

Like I said on the first page. This page is connected with risks.
It is the brother of the ponzi system and called pyramid system or snowballing.

The risk, if you join in two weeks and promote for such sites. You won't get a single refer because almost everybody signed up and the 0.01 BTC you paid is useless.
You won't earn it back and if you want a refund you won't get it back because 0.008 BTC went to the person who referred you and the 0.002 BTC went to the owner.

Multi-Level-Marketing is illegal in some countries.

I found a table and translated it. It may include translate errors.

yeah so as gambling is illegal in some countries, and every casino game has it's rules, gamblers are warned and agree to play. There is nothing shady about this game, it has trnsparen rules and it's 100% comparable to any gambling game involving the risk of losing money.

i'm just going to ignore the cryptodevil, and leave him with his own stupidity. The red trust he gave me was unfair, but arguing with such kind of people is worthless.

@cryptodevil go on and paste your red bs on every gambling thread, "you have been warned, you may loose your money" -i'm here to save you i'm the cyber cop Grin

refBitcoin is NOT scam. refBitcoin is taking %20 commission and it's enough, why it could be scam??
However, if you worry or feel risk don't join it, or use it for free (free members still has little earning).

this is defenetly no scam the owner makes big profit of %20 of each invest.
of first invest of a member how ws not refferaled the owner makes 100% profit.
its a snowball sheme so if you dont find 2 reffs how make upgrades you lost your invest.
I also made no invest becourse of big profit of owner Cheesy
@cryptodevil i dont promote this iam also on level0 !!! only wanna explain this sheme!

kidn regrads

I think MLM's are a very fine line between Ponzi and Pyramid schemes. Although I don't endorse cryptodevil's message here in this thread, I think members who upgrade here need to understand that the ONLY way they can make any kind of earnings here (besides the daily faucet) is if they refer other members.

Unfortunately, I believe the MLM's without physical products are considered pyramids, which in itself is almost a full-out ponzi. Crypto is just doing his part in warning others about the potential loss of bitcoin here... But being such a fine line between this and a ponzi, I don't feel like people who join this should get a red trust.

In no way do I endorse this, but users should know what they're getting into before they upgrade on this site.

i don't understand why you call it a scam , someone invest 0,01 btc , site takes 20% and pays 80% to the upline , there's no doubling or trading or whatever . You pay 0,01 btc and he distributes 0,01 btc , it's simple , i like it .
