It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

skydust defaulted on this loan.

No communication from him and he has not logged in since shortly after he took this. Hopefully he is just a scammer, and not dead or something. Funny thing is that he paid back a partner of mine for a loan larger than this one.
