I figured that I would update my situation.  I am owed 30 btc http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/inv/24516.  I was quoted 2 weeks about a week ago, but I need the btc now.  I offered to settle for 50% if it was paid to me promptly. Hopefully that money could be used to help others get paid out.  Bit365 has not responded.

Hi Bit365,

I currently have 11.25844421 owed to me from the following bets and investments.

http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/8a0d8 (Almost 2 months ago)

http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/inv/e2731

And this next one I sent a 0.2 bet but it never showed up.  It's a winning bet, but I would settle for a refund.

Would anyone be willing to donation? I have no way to mine or invest for awhile as I am disabled from my job for another 6 months. I dunno, but I feel as though this "recovering wallets" claim is just some BS to buy himself some time while he works out his exit strategy. If he truly had wallet issues, he should come forth with the details and explain how this situation occurred in the first place and make sure to cater to the needs of his users by providing regular updates.

I have still not received any response from bit365.  I AM OWED 30BTC AND AM WILLING TO SQUARE UP FOR 15BTC.  BIT365 WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY PMS

It is looking more and more like a scam.  I will report if I receive any contact

Looking more and more like a scam? Are you serious?

I think its pretty fucking obvious that its a scam. bit365 logs on every day but he doesn't post or reply to messages.

There is no excuse for this behaviour except that he has scammed us all out of our coins.

By the way,
PMs = private messages
PMS = premenstrual symptoms

I dont tend to respond well to PMS either Wink

Sad thing is, people are still betting here. Can the mods put a warning up on the thread title of something?

They cannot do much if the site doesn't pay I agree, but they can put a warning on the thread title if there is enough evidence or complaints against it.
