It has been almost one month since my investment withdrawal request: http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/inv/9306a

Did anyone get paid who made a withdrawal during early to mid november when the "problems" started? I don't buy what bit365 said, that he has to go manually through 8000 bets. There were a lot less bets made during when our "problem" investments were placed.

Been waiting almost a month as well.  Tried to be patient as Bit365 always came through before.

That just for my bets.  Haven't tried withdrawing my investment.

Hope this gets resolved quickly.  It's my favorite site.

Hi everyone,

We are still working on the investment issue, which has taken much more time and effort than expected to fix. However, all pending bets and investments will still be sent as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience.

What about the investments that are willing to forgo profit?  What about the bets getting paid out of order - seemingly based on size of wager?  I think we deserve more answers than this.

OK, cool story...  It's been your phony story now for almost a month.  Shut your fraudulent site down until you can pay.  It has been 17+ days now...

Let's face it. We are not getting our btcs back. I guess he got enough money from us, why would he bother now fixing the site and wasting his time on a site with damaged reputation? He will never get as much money in commisions, so it's better for him to run away with our money. It is best for him to pay out a few small bets/investments, to give us the illusion that the site is still operating to get even more btcs. When the jig is up, he can just start a new sports betting site. Or maybe he already did, with all the spammy PMs I'm receiving to join other sport betting sites...
That is probably his most +EV move if he's a scammer.

If he's just really incompetent, his best move would be, to be more transpartent and open with us. We gave him every opportunity to do that, but he is just ignoring us.

So my educated guess is:
50% sure that he is a scammer
40% he lost btcs while converting them to $$$, and the recent spike in price made him insolvent
10% sure he actually has problems calculating winnings

Does anyone have a better explanation?

Hi.

We have personally used BitcoinSports.eu hundreds of times and we highly recommend using them!  Payouts can be a bit slow but they always pay out in the end.

Who are we?

Follow us at @abitbetter247 on Twitter and get a bit better with your sports wagers by subscribing to our daily pick. Just 0.001 BTC sent to 1FeQnTYFqsqMPv18StzGQMRJTjT1cC37J4 gets you our daily pick via email!

Treat your wagering like a business professional not a gambler.  We analyze all of the day's possibilities and our subscribers receive only the very best single pick for that day.

Good luck to all sports betters!

Now some new guy shows up in this thread, promoting his newly created twitter account and highly praises bitcoinsports. This looks more and more likely to be a scam, I guess I have to readjust my "educated guesses" from my previous post Grin

The apologists in this thread are really infuriating, floatesmcgoates and now this guy.

It adds nothing to the conversation to come in and give your support to this site for past performance. I've bet with them over 600 times without much noise and I'm really glad, now, that I never decided to invest. I can't imagine how the dudes that are missing over ten thousand dollars must feel. Personally, I would be murderous.

Gizm0 is right, the site only had solvency issues when bitcoin tripled in value. That isn't a coincidence. Anyone who has handled a lot of other peoples money knows that there is a temptation to leverage it to make some for yourself. No harm done, right? Well it was incredibly unfortunate timing and that's one of the lessons that we will all have to learn about the implications of the volatility of bitcoin.

I loved this book because the site was so fantastic and easy to use. I'm sad to see it reduced to ruins and I feel even worse for the people who have lost any amount of coins. I hope that everyone's outstanding debt is resolved. I will not be using bit365 in the future regardless of the outcome.

A smart person would put together a presentation and go get some loans to pay the money back, because the business is definitely profitable. It wouldn't be hard, with a proper pitch to easliy get back the 100k or so that was lost in the value spike.

Good luck to everyone.

Bit365 if you are having solvency issues I am willing to settle my investment at 75% of what I am owed no grading or anything necessary.  PM me for details.  Hopefully some of my funds can be used to pay others as well.
