Hi Bit365,

I have 3 bets that are acting strange. They stay in the pending state and i can't see the BTC i send to them:

Pending is the bet result, it should always say pending until the bet has been graded.

It may take up to an hour for the bet amount to be displayed, which it is now.

Yes, there are many standard restrictions as to what you can parlay together. It will tell you if there is an error before you place your bet.

At the moment anything over -800 odds cannot be parlayed, as well as additional spreads and totals.

The max straight bet is 2.0 BTC.

It will tell you the max when you place a bet.

first of all  really great site  Quick payouts   

 still trying to figure out some of the ins and outs of bitcoin (better do that quick the way the price is going)

I really like getting the almost immediate payout.  However I just went over my bets and the transaction fees

are really adding up on my end and I assume on your end too. My question is would you consider for those who want it .......

 letting us open an account and use deposited funds to bet with. Of course for those who don't feel comfy

having the option to continue with the present way.

I'm so not techy I don't have a clue if it's possible without causing you a big headache.

More likely than not the transaction fee will be lowered soon to accommodate for the rising price of Bitcoin. If not, we will definitely consider adding a way to deposit.

i placed two bets on the same market , half an hour beetween them

2 BTC and 1.3 BTC   , and bit365  cancelled the second one , they recieved my bitcoins, and after the match decieded to cancel

there is no rule to bet twice,
only warning "unexpected large number of wagers"  but this is not unexpected  only 2 bets
and not  "is over the max bet amount"    it is 2 BTC ,  and 1.3 BTC (over is 2.01 and above) ,
 half an hour left beetween placing the bets , 
bit365 should lowered the price, but they did not do that , so why cant i place another bet?  
(should i create another wallet and place another bets not to cancelled?   we can  play this game too)

if i would know that bit365 delete all duplicate bets, then i did not do that
but bit365 had half an hour to lowered that odds,

if there is no rule at the end of the page , i wont try place 2 bets , i wont risk, but there is , and this rules does not forbid  to place to 2 bets on the same market

There is a max bet of 2 BTC per person per bet. We do not allow duplicate bets by the same person to deliberately circumvent the max bet amount. If we did there would be no need for a max bet amount to begin with.

max bet is for you  to have  time to lowered the price if so many people placing bets on the same outcome of a market

"any bet" means for me  1 bet, not 2 bets,  so my first bet is on the limit 2 BTC, and the secound one is under the limit 1.3 BTC  
i cant see anything in the rules that you aggregate bet amounts on the same market same person, or any warning about it

you mislead all your new bettors with it ,    you are talking about market limit per bettor, but your rule is about bet limit per bettor


bitcoin is about anonymity too and your/this site structure (no account need) only increases this feeling
but you trace back your bettors and aggregate bet amounts  , nice

use the limit for its original purpose  to have time to react the market movement

Our policy since day 1 has always been to cancel and refund any duplicate bets that are over the max amount combined. Win or lose your duplicate bet would have been refunded, there are many users who can attest to this.

As well, markets have always been referred to as bets on the site. "Game Bets", for example.

The rules have been updated so it is more clear.

if a tennis player retires?   one ball, one set, two sets or full match is the rule
ice hockey over/under inculding over time or not?   etc

A team -10.5 handicap  with 2 BTC and

As stated on the hockey section:

- NHL Hockey bets include overtime and shootout.
- NHL Regulation Hockey bets do not include overtime or shootout.
- AHL Hockey bets do not include overtime or shootout.
- KHL Hockey bets do not include overtime or shootout.

NHL Alternates does not matter if it includes OT or not since it is +1.5 or -1.5. If the game goes to OT the winner is already decided.

We consider a spread and alternate spread the same market.
