BITKAPITAL: BLOCKCHAIN-BASED FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY

Project Summary

Bitkapital will operate on the Waves platform. To learn more about Waves, please visit wavesplatform.com and the Bitcointalk announcement thread.

We aim to provide two different services:

1) Bitkapital Exchange - Turkish lira gateway to the Waves platform. The company operating as a gateway will be registered in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and will apply for being the TRY gateway to the Waves platform. The service and market details are discussed in the whitepaper.

2) Bitkapital Investments - Investment funds on the Waves platform. The fund company will be registered in the British Virgin Islands, and will be the first investment fund provider to issue shares on blockchain. The investments will be made in NASDAQ large-cap stocks, and the profits will be distributed as dividends on the Waves platform. Our trading performance track record is reachable at https://bitkapital.com/track.html.

Contact: info@bitkapital.com

Post Script

This article gives a very good insight on the concept of digital assets: http://bitfury.com/content/5-white-papers-research/bitfury-digital_assets_on_public_blockchains-1.pdf

Post Post-Script

Bitkapital is an independent blockchain-finance initiative which aims to operate on the Waves platform. We are not an approved gateway or anything alike whatsoever. Thus, we officially have no relation at all with the Waves platform, nor its developers, officers, directors, employees, or agents. Please do regard Bitkapital as being related to the Waves platform only by way of an intention on our part, in that, we intend to set up the company and apply for being a gateway.

It still baffles me that why would a legit company register its domain name using whois guard. If you are there for the long run, you would not be afraid of people knowing your registration information, more so for an investment company. Nice share names you have too Cheesy

@Quartx,

I am a public person, and not only will I send my ID scan to the shareholders together with the signed copy of the funding agreement, but also each legal document showing that Bitkapital is authorized to perform its operations will be presented publicly. If there is a way to take the WHOIS guard back, and if that will make investors happier, I can do it as well.

Moreover, it also seems that many investment management companies register their domain names under a WHOIS guard. So we follow the fashion.

DAO is doing this too right? I think they're using ETH to DAO tokens though versus waves.

Not sure how I feel about these yet, interesting but...  Undecided

@cloverme,

The difference between the DAO and Bitkapital Investments is that the DAO's investment decisions are taken by the public vote whereas for Bitkapital Investments, the fund will be managed by a professional portfolio manager.

Speaking of Waves...

YURI GAGARIN

The first man that was launched into space, and he is a back end developer at WAVES now?

Born: March 9, 1934, Klushino, Russia
Died: March 27, 1968, Kirzhach, Russia

Lmao

He was so excited to work on Waves that he came back from the dead.

And bring us to the moon  Grin Cool

Can someone please confirm this  Huh

I would very much like to have Yuri Gagarin on the dev team...  Maybe not to develop anything software wise,  but more as emotional support as the coin reaches space and possibly the moon...
We could use a guy with this experience

Who's Yugi Gagarin and what's his role in Waves?  Huh

Is it possible that some parts of the world don't have search capabilities with their Internet access?

Dear all,

You may find the broker statements regarding the performance track record at https://bitkapital.com/track.html. The statements' authenticity will be audited by third parties soon.

Also, please be noticed that 123.6% quarterly ROI is way above our expectations. We aim at reaching a quarterly 10% gross profit. The fact that the last three months have proven to be so profitable should be considered as an extraordinary luck by all means.

@BitFomo,

It is 13 sold out of 40 at the moment, which makes 16,250 USD, which is 32.5% of our goal.

I see ok, I wasn't sure.... everyone's got a smart contract dao ethereum internet of things jiggymobopper going  Grin

Glad to see someone is planning to use waves.  I've been thinking about it,  but there's a lot of token based systems out there, it's difficult to decide which one will be the winner in the end.  Regardless, I invested in waves anyway.

Dear all,

The first phase of our ICO was completed, and it was just as we expected, that is, almost half of the offered shares have been sold. There were 40 shares offered, each representing 1% ownership of Bitkapital Exchange, and 19 of them have been distributed to the investors.

In the second phase, the remaining 21% is divided into 210 shares, each representing 0.1% of Bitkapital Exchange's capital stock. The following link will take you to the ICO announcement page: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1471855

I am grateful to all the supporters and observers.

Keep finance sexy!
