Suppose Bitcon goes up to $25 each, then I multiply 25 with 85.9476 = $2148.69 at which point, I just whistle around and tap my foot. If Bitcoin goes $29.09 each, I buy bitcoins with his $2500 to replenish 85.9476 BTC in which case the deal is over. If Bitcoins go down, just buy back at a later date with single digits to replenish 85.9476 BTC and he can pocket the difference and I give his money back.
