The only way not to let ourselves get into our way is to gamble for fun. If we gamble for fun then we wont have to worry about getting too emotional. Gambling smart means choosing a game which you're familiar and comfortable with , you know the basic and the advanced stuff of it .
You can easily predict the outcome of every slip/match/game and you're usually right about your predictions .
Waiting for the right moment to gamble is also a best practice , for ex , i know that "X" team will face "Y" team next week , "Y" team lacks it's top scorer due to injury and 2 other important players , the outcome of Draw or "X" team to win is great -> betting on a 1X bet with 1.50 odd will be likely to happen -> go for it !

gambling are full of risk , when you are looking for the safe way , smart way to gamble or whatever it is called. then you are in wrong way , better to looking for another place where you would have guaranteed to get profit with no risk in it which i believe something like that are not exist. be realistic, take a risk to win big in gambling, or just shut up and sit down.

There is no smart way  of gambling and the only smart guy in a gamble are the gambling owners. They lure you more by making you win with a small amount and then making you lose all because of addiction.

You will be lured if you are hungry for the money, the operators will do everything to attract people to play and they will make a profit.

Well, if you really are asking this, I want to clear out the fact...that I really believe that there is no kind of 100% win strategy to gambling. No way to win always. Remember, if you are having a good stream of luck, the house edge eventually WILL catch you. There is no escaping from it. That being said...I will tell you my preferred way to start out with gambling.
Invest a very small part of you money into gambling, so small that even if you lose it all, you will not be bothered or hurt significantly. Then try your luck at gambling, and if you get any profits at all, just bag it and leave, never gamble again. If you do lose, then well, you are not broken or anything, and know what might happen if you had invested a big amount of money into gambling.

Just remember, if you dive into gambling for long, the thrill of being able to make manyfold profit will make you invest more and more, and house edge will just suck it all up.

Yes that's true, gambling is hard to take way in our life, and the smart way thay we need to do is to control ourself to become addicted in gambling cause it is not profitable. Even we always win a lot of money it has a bad influence in ourself and in the surroundings because of being illegal. First, don't be greedy. Try to remove your greediness and that will be a smart way when you gamble. oh, do like you said, think about 10% of capital and you'll see how you end. Even if you think about 1% and first shoot won't be successful, this means you will lose. There is only smart way to get rid of loss and that's not to gamble but let's think about word gamble, it don't means to lose everything, it means to have fun and enjoy what you do.
