Your account isn't worth that much and neither is anyone willing to take the risk without you providing sufficient collateral. It doesn't seem like anyone is interested in fulfilling this thread and no one will unless you provide collateral. It is a risk that you put on the lender that you won't suffice yourself. I would recommend closing and locking this thread.

From what I read, looks like you have other accounts to offer as collateral aside from this account you are using now.
How about offering additional Bitcointalk account on top of that one you are using to get more lenders attention and higher chances of getting a loan.

Better to gamble with that .01 myself and chance to win more than you paying as interest.
