i had been watching the match and Manny Pacquiao has won with unanimous decision also he said this is the last fight for him and he will retired after these and very bad for Timothy Bradley because he has fell 2 times but overall this is good fight for this year

I watched too, that was a nice fight I think, though bradley was down 2x.. a nice farewell fight...I know this is going to be trending this day or tomorrow...Good boost for manny pacquiao's candidacy..

sorry guys that left hook is awesome, bradley manage to dodge manny's left hook but unfortunately another left  hook is coming. if manny didnt get knockdown bradley it would be a draw imo. they are a great fighter .what a great fight.Smiley

Bradley fought with good tactics the first 4 rounds but Pacman is better as he able to evade all attack from Bradley
When Pacman decide to retire, I think he better to say fighting as we can saw his performance against Bradley was epic !

Yeah, that's what's best with pacquiao, his ability to adjust in the later rounds...I hope that there will be someone who fights like him again in the future, though I do not think that he will retire with that vintage moves that is still in him except the speed even if he declares that already...

I'm off topic with this, I think that very young boxer on his undercard that is trained by roach I think it has a good future...

Best matches for today and even more better than Pacquiao vs Mayweather. In 1-5 rounds both fighters play safe, but after 5 rounds both fighters so aggresive and make this fight interesting. I thought Pacman will lose on this match. But Pacman can do it !

Betting for Pacquiao was a safe bet. Everyone knew he was going to try his best to retire as a champion and he wouldn't take defeat. I hope a lot of people made money with this bet because it was rather easy to make some money with a pretty guaranteed Pacquiao win.
I wish Mayweather did a comeback. It was so easy to make money with that guy, just go all in with the win and get the cash.

Well, this question is already answered since Pacquiao won the match earlier (yesterday, for the western).

I would just like to say that Pacquiao didn't quite received the expected support from his own country, which he surely would've deserved since this is his last match. I'll tell you guys why.
The government (probably) restricted all the advertisement about the Pacquaio vs Bradley match because they think it's a free advertisement for him, running as a Senator since it is campaign period. And yes, he is running as a Senator.
Simple as that. I just thought that he deserves even a little bit of publicity.

I think Pacquiao is going to get bored of politics rather soon and he will come back. He has already stated that "if I miss boxing, I can always come back" so he isn't saying this is the final fight forever... just retirement but probably temporarily. Guy still got a couple fights left.

you know after fighting like that, another mayweather fight is coming ! was hoping pacquiao  knocked him out as had taken bet at 6.6 odds for tko, ko, at direct dice, was a pretty good fight and Bradley is no pushover, which means big $ $ $ for another Mayweather fight, good for boxing and being a fighter at heart he won't retire, if fans want it !

I agree. But I think it is highly likely that he would rather stay in politics. It's only my assumption but I think he's giving room for the other potential boxing-star (he is actually kinda already am) Nonito Donaire. And people here in the Philippines doesn't expect him to fight anymore because based on what I hear on the neighborhood, they say he's not the same as he was years ago.
I don't know but I'm just happy where he is since Nonito will (kinda) replace him as the Philippine representative.

Disclaimer: I stand to be corrected.

Manny Pacquiao's retirement may be temporary, but who knows, his family wants him to retire from boxing, so it is a hard call for him.

He doesn't have money problems now, but of course he's going to have money problems if he's going to be building hospitals out of his own pocket instead of letting the Philippines government build the hospitals, if that is the case we might see him in action again  Grin

i would like manny facing  Mayweather again but the bout must be away from USA,as i dont trust the judges

Pacquiao is getting old if you watched his previous unbelievable fights where he knocked out most of his conpetitor you will notice that the last night fight against bradley he managed to maintain his speed and amazing footwork like he was floating inside the ring but in downside he failed to throw many combinations of punches that i liked to see. That is the influence of his age i guess. But he is still a warrior and an amazing boxer that i liked the most.

Manny  proved that he won all 3 fights.Boxing will missed him, the most entertaining boxer of this generation, taking on all comers. Boxing will never be the same now that you're done boxing and he will be missed. Thanks manny for giving us the fights that we want throughout your career. I wish him all the best in his retired life and as a politician.

After the fight he was interviewed and Manny said he is still 50/50 with idea of going to retire but he will be busy for next coming months and perhaps years if he win in his next fight which is being a Senator. I would love to see him retire like this at least he can say he retired and he is on shape unlike others who still wants to fight because they need to due to money problems.

Manny Pacquiao says he's retired after unanimous win over Timothy Bradley on their fight. “Yes, I am retired,” Pacquiao said. “I want to go home to my family and serve the people.” Pacman is running in the Philippines as a Senator that's why, "My focus is going to be to help the people of the Philippines."

Even if the fight ended in a decision it is quite clear this time that Manny Pacquiao is a better fighter tonight than Tomothy Bradley. It was a good fight! I lost my bet but Im happy that Manny can retire now and focus more on hob as a Law Maker.

Manny is now $20 million USD richer and Bradley is $4 million USD richer
I think that he will not retire, so many fans are still waiting for Manny-Mayweather II. And me too, Im still waiting and hoping. I want manny kick mayweather's ass.

Pacquiao-Mayweather 2 will never happen. Mayweather is too wise to do that. He already won a battle, why would he risk his record for another bout. We know what he did during the match, but that does not matter to him. A win is a win. And his record is clean.
