Am strong holder for stellar.
since last 7 days Stellar hasn't improved much against BTC but dropping so badly since last 24 hours.
Any idea??When FairX might come out? or there any other ICOs or any banking Announcements.

Just keep holding, since BTC has surprisingly been on the rise, ETH and other alts have reained at current price or even lost a little. 
This is normal and no need to panic sell.

I think the BTC will be back with 45% + dominance. But some alts will suffer a little from him. But soon we will enter a new Bull market and in relation to USD everything will rise.

Actually, that's not quite accurate. You can make first transaction to 0-balance wallet.  But the minimum remaining balance  in your account is 20 lumens.(There is no way to send those 20 XLM from the wallet. ) Send  small ammount from exchange to check. Then send the rest

The wallet does not have the value of MEMO.
And the exchange does not allow sending a couple of coins.
And I'm afraid to send everything, suddenly they will not reach me.

MEMO is only for wallets hold by exchanges  to distinguish users. Yours  does not need that. And if you are afraid to send  coins to your own wallet then crypto is not for you, sorry

I would suggest you sell it, WHY?
we also love Stellar, but current value is not as visioned by the original Stellar vision, in which help fight poverty, targeting underbanked and emerging countries..
current value is already to high, therefor it needs to come down for a while..
