Newbie asking for a paypal trade to btc for about half of it's price. LOL. Cheesy
Please read here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=14632.0
If you want to exchange and don't mind being charged too much fees since I assume you don't since you are offering half of the amount traded in btc with your paypal, try localbitcoins, virwox or paxful. You will have more luck in there than in here. This is jut another obvious scam attempt.

Why not just withdraw the paypal balance in 3 days and buy double the amount of bitcoin.

Ever heard the phrase "if its too good to be true it probably is"

Because you can easily claim later to paypal later that your account was hacked and you want access back to it. Why dont you try localbitcoins or virvox if you are legit ? I am asking because usually scammers hate LBC.
