I wonder if someone is keeping a record and a list on how long those HYIP sites have lasted. That should be a good clue as to the life expectancy of any future ones. It´s obviously a totally hopeless business model, they just pay returns from deposits of new victims so when it folds is merely a question of time. Those first in and first out will get some returns the vast majority will lose. That´s the model.

Hey bro, actually their warnings are not worthless/useless, I have a lot of friends in facebook and also a 10k members in a group, they now believe that all of these ponzi are scams, and thanks to these cops, for their warnings. The warnings made me and my friends to use bitcoin in a right way. At first, we thought that these ponzi can be trusted, but after a few days of investing, Nah, they're just another form of criminals. So we really don't support this, if this is a gamble for you, I think not.
ok so let's be honest here, do you really think that in a real world someone would give you double of your investment in few hours? it is clear for everyone even for a real dumb heads that there is something catchy there. So i'm sure every person who sends money there is naturaly aware of loosing the money, so yes it is a gamblingIts not a gamble retard. Its a scam. There is a difference. In gambling, you have the chance to win or lose. In a ponzi scam, the outcome is to get ripped off (admins which run away with the pot mostly) when the chain falls. Think of it this way, what do admins gain running a ponzi ? Legitimately, there arent any profits for them but the money in the pot.

Honest admins get their % and are happy with that, don't worry. If you were scammed by one or more sites it still doesn't give you a privilege to accuse every site of being scams. It's just a script in hands of the admin same like casino script is in hands of admin so it all depends of admins. so you are retarded saying all doubler games are scams, there are doublers proven & paying

You could say it´s a sort of a gamble. You hope to get paid before it folds. Your odds are best if you get into it at very start of the scheme and get out as soon as you can.
It isn't a gamble as there are not calculable odds. It is socially-engineered theft and those who knowingly participate seek to not be the ones who do not get paid and will actively encourage others to deposit after them, so they can receive a share of their deposit as a reward from the ponzi operators for helping the scam run. If you go into a casino and bet on roulette the odds of you winning are exactly the same whether you are a 'pro' gambler or just like betting on numbers which you think have 'significance' to you. The exact same chance of winning. If you participate in a ponzi and don't understand it properly you will most likely just have your money taken and given to those earlier than you who knew there was likely no chance of getting a share of the loot if they left it too long. What this community action is doing is shutting down ponzis before they get that far, meaning the 'experienced' ponzi participant is the one who is likely to lose their money. Eventually they'll stop, too.

Well, at least those with a modicum of brain activity would view it that way. Others probably think it´s a viable business to have their money doubled in days and that they´ll be happily receiving those returns for weeks or months.

You can't also blame others, what if they are newbie in bitcoin? newbie in doubler? They didn't aware and knew that their money will be stolen by scammers. There are so many forums now, you can use you referral link (from the doubler) to invite someone. Like facebook, facebook is a home of idiots, so if you encourage those newbie in facebook to create a wallet and invest in doubler, you cannot blame them because they didn't knew anything. So if I were you, I will not join with those scammers so that I will not gain red trust.

Lol.. made a new account and sht at people. I guess you are either a scammer or with a high postcount/activity member, due to constant red mark tagging you hard to scam or sell your account.

A scam will be a scam. It won't sustain in long run, cause they can't make $ for you at all, they don't have any business model or investment plans to make money grows. All they did is use other people's $ to pay other users, so those who earned $ is just from other victims... in short a vicious cycle. People KNEW, but they just dump their $ in hoping for a miracle.
Maybe I have to give another example for people who can't understand. It's like- Going down to dirty sewers looking for fresh air.

HYIP is hybrid gambling. It's mostly timing game because you basically gamble on time (the end date) according to some math calculations such as: total deposited, total withdrew, admin's investments (funds spent for servers, scripts, ssl, banners etc.) However, is it possible to spot the potential of a HYIP by considering efforts spent by admin on design, concept and shit like that. That's how I see HYIPs, however I'm not trying to force any of you to join or not to join HYIP industry as you guys keep doing (just like atheists, so boring ffs...), have a good day and may God bless your earnings

It´s about being in as soon as possible after it starts and being out before it folds. That´s the bet.
But it´s best to avoid it.
