very interesting, it seems like yesterday when i read the article about Japan deciding to regulate bitcoin and make an official currency in the Guardian.
but i didn't thing that the effect of it would be felt this soon!
|
Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip. Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

I dont think it will be soon but it will be slowly be regulated in japan and that is very good new to us using bitcoin. We are slowly and rocking known globaly and user/stakers are increasing daily. Let see for future i will not surprise if bitcoin wi be use as payments in online shoppings. The bitcoin global spread contineus and i am very happy for this.

Could be a up tick before bitcoin gets regulated in Japan. Almost the same as Chinese money moving abroad with fear of corruption crackdown.
Yes same thing or regulation can happen to japan also but i don't think japanese government are not as strict as chinese one. But if the volume keep on rising and japanese trader also try to do money laundering in large volume. Than they may also get same strict money regulation.

Most likely this isn't it. They haven't done anything like that to funnel in volumes. IMO this is just the Japanese people getting bullish and moving on from the Gox incident.

Probably not , what happened with Mt.gox really made Japan look to Bitcoin with another way .
But Mt.Gox was not Japanese exchange - it was only company registered and conducting operations from Japan. You can't really blame country and link it with incompetence of Karpeles. If MtGox was running in my country I wouldn't change my mind about bitcoin after its collapse knowing more details about it.

But if the volume keep on rising and japanese trader also try to do money laundering in large volume. Than they may also get same strict money regulation. The Japanese have adjusted their opinion on Bitcoin lately and they have worked on proper regulations to cover Bitcoin. I think this has put more of the public at ease after the whole Mt Gox affair and people have started to use Bitcoin again. The regulations is always a bit behind the technology and I think the Japanese have seen it's potential, but just built in some customer protection, to cover their ass.

Yeah the price is moving again and the stable is over. This attracted the people again. People are now going make some moves. They are going to look if they can buy some or sell some any time soon.

Ever country that is delaying his acceptance about Bitcoin is going to look idiotic in the future. Anyone that has some perspective would be pro-Bitcoin and would be researching it and trying to profit from it instead of attack Bitcoin and all crypto in general.

I can understand why Japan is starting to love bitcoin again. The price stable is starting to be over and the price is changing. This is attracting more people to Bitcoin because people are now thinking about buying or selling coins.

Just because Mark Karpeles is not a Japanese citizen, you can't conclude that Gox wasn't a Japanese exchange.

Yeah with the price not changing for a long time people got tired of waiting and just did not pay any attention to Bitcoin any more. But with the price finally moving again people are coming back to Bitcoin.

the stability of the price at these lebvel is actually bad thing, it mean that there is no interest in bitcoin the stability should only occur with a much greater value not a 6-7B market cap

Soaring volumes. 还是天朝比较疯狂 Google translate = Compare crazy or heavenly I would love to hear from the Japanese people themselves, and what their view is on this. How did the MtGox issue influence their governments opinion on Bitcoin? Did they change their opinion? They have always been at the front of new IT technology, so I should think that they would embrace Bitcoin, if it was not for the MtGox scandal. They also love to gamble, and this would be the ideal platform for them to take some risks, with the Yen price declining. ^smile^

There is nothing surprising in this. Japan is a very advanced country, and it is peculiar to strive for something new and develop it. This became the cryptocurrency. And unlike some countries, Japan is not going to forbid every way, slander and discourage people from cryptocurrency. http://www.engadget.com/2016/02/25/japan-bitcoin/
