Some people ask if they can multiple signups, Yes you can but you have to use different email ID .

1,000 Okats = 0.00239143, it means 1 okat=239 satoshies, and OP said that he will pay 70 000 satoshis per claiming 1 okat. neither he is fully idiot nor he is nasty scammer. i think he is scammer.

i prefer not to reg under his ref, he is dishonest person.

Sounds not really trustful atleast pay a few people now. You had the time to answer here but can't send few payments that sounds like a good joke.

i had try to register several times but it says "An error has occurred" a bit confused because i do not use proxy or multiple account here

I also tried to register but was never able to verify my email. I tried resending, looking spam folder with no success.

Also, i think it is a scam as no one got payment till now.
