Could you explain a bit better, if the account have 140 activity point then he is full member, but you are saying he is newbie with less than 30 post  , if its full member I will buy it with BIN today afternoon or at night as I am out of town as posting here, yet you need to be more specific, is this a full member, post quality, trust, ban or has it a loan , you need to post everything in order for the buyer to check what he is buying and not made a blind buy.

His account has a potential to be a full member by increasing the post counts. The account is still in Newbie rank but when the post count reaches 120, the account will become a full member. No need to wait 3-4 months, you just have to post and wait until you reach 120 post count.

Ok thanks for clearing that out for me, anyway I don't want to do any job to bring it to Full Member status , I thought it was ready, so retracting my bid and my option to buy it now at 0.024 BTC.
