The idea was interesting but not successful at all. Why would anyone use bitcoin for tips unless and until that person decides to loose his fortune.
If there was something to get in return, then few people might have been interested in using it but no one likes to giveaway free money. There has to be a return for anything.

People generally think that I am the best . So obviously he is choice is also best. So why people will give reward to someone for finding best deal.
But people can go even far deeper to find some thing at best price and tip some one.

I found out about Bitcointip because the owner paid me to do a review for my blog.  Basically what I said about it is, it's great for getting people to do your online searches for you and find a cheaper price for something you're thinking about buying, but don't forget to reward the tip for a right answer because this encourages future quality answers. |

I found out about Bitcointip because the owner paid me to do a review for my blog. Great Idea you have mentioned Its really good to get yourself/business/service in front of interested users. Will try for better marketing and I know it will give quite good CTR in marketing term. |

How does this compare to the discontinued ChangeTip? Especially in term of how many people that use it?
I have seen quite a few people use ChangeTip in the past, especially on Reddit, but I've never seen BitforTip being used, even once.

Woops, I must've confused this with another service (similar to changetip), the name threw me off for a bit. Anyway, still good to know that you've (if you're the owner) got 7000 active members! Just made an account and wanted to ask if there is any way to receive notifications by e-mail whenever new questions are posted? If not, that might be a good thing to add  |
