Stay away and keep your bitcoins.  He will ask for $600 up front for the license (and an additional $400 for the install) and never deliver.  You will get a bogus installation and lots and lots of excuses and stalling.  Stay away, this is 100% a scam.

I'm not going to put a lot of energy into this, but all are warned.  I have no reason to go after these people, other than the fact that they scammed me out of my bitcoin.
