Glad to see you reduced the amount of MNET to be kept. I didn't mean to sound harsh or anything in the previous thread, it's just how I speak lol.

Do things well and you'll make money, don't worry.

Nah it was probably the best decision to make in the End Wink And getting inboxes too regarding some bounties Cheesy so the MNT going to good use

Despite adding these nodes I still have only 1 connection and I'm not updating blocks since the past ~90 minutes.

Can't get any connection either even though i am having the nodes in the conf.
I get this error in the debug

Code:
socket recv error 10054

Dev can you check into this?

I have 16 connections on my wallet

Those are the nodes connected on my wallet right now

5,000 coins for a masternode?

I only need to mine 25000 blocks for that!

Once you start staking you will be getting more coins, but for that many exchange will be needed, they can be bought. But like I said originally, .2 block rewards is very low.

We have messaged Exchanges Regarding MNT and Listing it, But yes buying it would be the easiest option to get enough Funds for a MasterNode short of stakes Wink

It was done on purpose Wink Wink

Dev team should stop staking IMO as network weight is crazy high and nobody else will be able to compete with the 300K premine to get a stake

700k has been burnt which means they are removed from staking.

The remaining Funds ie 299,500 have Been Reserved now.

It was to see how fast stakes was and my god they are bloody faster than we thought  Grin

EDIT: anybody know a trustworthy person who can hold the 299,500 MNT for bounties etc

I'm connected to 6 other nodes now, but still not updating beyond block 24728. I'm wondering if running the wallet sandboxed has anything to do with it... I'll leave it for awhile and see if I can connect to any other nodes that start feeding me blocks greater than 24728 I guess. I'll edit this post when I get it working.

Try to resync your wallet and temporary you can check your block count and hash with this block explorer https://coin-miners.info/explorer?id=1428

Dev, please clarify. You are not going to stake the premine are you? No one else will get stakes and you will get them all with that crazy weight. Let us know if you are disabling staking and your addy so we can check. If you do not stake and use premine wisely, this could be a good coin.

Probably you should contact a trusted btct escrow so there would be no problem of trust

300,000 MNT remain now for bounties and future developments

Block 1,000 - 1,000,000 = 0.2 Coins Per Block

Pos Reward = 10 Coins Per Block

send exactly 5,000 coins with the standard tx fee nothing more nothing less to the masternode address you

The combination of those numbers is completely retarded.

ICO + joke mining rewards + high PoS rewards + expensive masternodes = rich gets richer scheme with poor distribution.

Not your keys, not your coins!

ICO + joke mining rewards + high PoS rewards + expensive masternodes = rich gets richer scheme with poor distribution.

The only way you will get MNT is either do something for the coin and get paid a bounty or mine like the rest and stake what you have mined.

We Know exactly why we did it like that but seems people cannot see what we do for some reason.

This is designed so you hold your coins (Not PoW mine to stake high blocks to dump)

If you have to mine / buy 5k MNT it means that you have to hold your coins to get upto 5k in total to run a masternode and then the masternode will keep the 5k out of circulation. It will help markets and the Network

EDIT: there is no ICO and 700,000 MNT have been burnt which you can see here http://104.251.217.231:3030/address/5BurnMNTaddyxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxwv4EcE
