St4yInTh3D4rk worked for btcpop but his contract wasn't renewed ( btcpop search for more coders ).
St4yInTh3D4rk ( Dom ) Created lot of debt on btcpop what was easy to get because of his admin status, after loosing all that money ( who knows what he did with 144 BTC ) Lee ( Ceo of btcpop ) gave a private loan to him with 0.01% interest. The deal was that he repay asap and as much as possible, first thing he did after activating that loan was to take a instant loan.
No one said something about that, short time ago he listed a loan request on btcjam ( as btcpop admin ) : https://btcjam.com/listings/57690-ethereum-mining-equipment

I don't know why his contract didn't got renewed but it must be some reason why a company don't renew your contract when searching same time for more coders.

He was also leaking a internal chat protocol what is a criminal act in most countries probaly + it was meaningless, Chat about beeing sum x in loss what is normal if you raise funds in IPO funding what is used to pay staff and expand and what was written by the CEO to motivate the staff.


It's not really proffesional to talk bad about a company where you worked for, no matter if it was bad or not.
If you want to work for another company they could research such things and don't give you a job.

I've withdrew my coins from BTCPop. I have random logouts from them and some other quirks with their site. They are also constantly changing site features or messing around with site layouts. And these changes are often done overnight. 

I don't have faith in them.

I have made the relevant reports to the FSA and Trading Standards as well as the ICO in regards to a hack that was covered up and where customer data was taken... This is admissible by our old staff group chat and they will im sure impose a new investigation into how BTCPOP is run and how things are secured.

Now that I have made the relevant reports I am now covered by Whistleblowing Laws in the UK under this piece of legislation:

I will give 72 hours notice from 18:00 today so that BTCPOP, Its directors can get an injunction from the local court to stop me publishing what information I do have. Ultimately I will defend this should I get summoned to court. My solicitor has agreed now that the relevant reports have been made I am protected by law as it involves things that affect the public and their investments and is therefore permissible to publish this in the public domain.. Whilst the investments or customer data which I do not have will NOT be published... Insights into company admissions will be.

Btw. Talked some about they have data and they want money else they release the data and their was never something paid and also not made public so probaly their was no data stolen at all.

You're so low, you created more than 140 btc debt on pop by missusing your status and fake "trust", then you caused many problems with unauthorized updates and still Lee helped you with your debt.
Then after your contract don't got renewed you start to talk bad about pop and lee.

Then scamming from users lot of money for a IPO for developping a new auction site and the only thing you did was to use some ready to use script with 1:1 design from another site.

As far as i know their is investigation from police going on Dom.
He was arrested, Don't know much more about it but can imagine my things about it...
Lost 140+ BTC in short term, created more debt and not police investigating on him.

I would not believe to much of that what he is saying at all, he lost his job and is going mad now.

Cas police are investigating me because he made an allegation that I had customer records on my home pc's... They seized the lot of them.

I dont and have nothing to hide... Ive already told them to look for what they need and are doing so... I dont have customer records on my personal computing equipment so have nothing to fear there.

Lee was worried i would leak site code and databases etc... Sorry I dont have either.

My final day there also I placed a hard drive on David McMurdos desk ensuring Lee got it. I left that office with just my computer (minus hard drive)... funny really... I know ive done nothing wrong... Time will tell

Very honest would bring me towards a service like shapeshift admitting being hacked despite not losing customer funds. Hiding being hacked twice and losing potentially several hundred or more over two times isn't. Saying you don't have to pay any form of taxes is also funny. I can find a few instances. The easiest to reference is capital gains. Given a few days I could fund a whole bunch of stuff. Taking a man's miners no matter who is at fault US just a joke. I'm sure he's hiding information on those for sure.

Taking his miners? You know that Lee bought them of him and that mineb shares was created of them. Part of the deal with helping with his debt...
Dom is honest yes... Part of deal was not taking more debt and he had nothing better to do than taking instant loans and loan on btcjam...

Your going back ages ago casimir... I was meerly pissed at being deceived out of most of my life savings on the back for a sham of a company.

Again this is where most of my loan funds were lost. I have documentation that I will post.

This is a different story altogether. Keep going into the past all you want but my information is recent and have proof they were covered up by Lee at BTCPOP. The ICO as i have explained will be investigating it.

This is merely a heads up to the community for something that was covered up.

Deal was lee would help me out and i would make payments. Yes i sold some equipment which was invoiced to Lee however was no conditions to future activity.

Again something that will come up is my contract with BTCPOP... Its laughable that lee mentioned that obtaining a loan even from another website is not in my contract of employment.

I will upload this... As signed by Lee and myself. I know where im at.

Its the equivilant of working at a supermarket and shopping at a rival supermarket... No employer in the UK can restrict where you shop likewise where you do business. Its against free will. Making my employment contract null and void.

Casmir I think you should not be involved in this too much as you have alot of invested in Pop already, and you can end up making things worse for Lee
