Ethereum - Time to buy or time to sell?

it may go back to low value because there are many alt coins in market now.So be careful in while making a decision.

i think it is not the time to buy ethereum and also if someone has some coins then if they want to keep them with themselves then they have to keep as now at this time the price is not going to well so buying and selling is not going to profit anyone of us.

Ethereum price keep moving down. Its better to wait it till it up again(if it is possible) then start to buy it and beware dont hold it for a long time. Sell it when we got even a little profit from it and wait on the next movement and soon. For awhile, dont do anything!

this, really, only mine and sell, only invest in some strong ico like lisk, but only if you see a great hype around it, buying scam coin can only result in a loss, mining is more profitable for now

i don't think so.
right now it is not completely clear which way it is going to go, it can go sideways with ethereum price but if you have bought at the way up then sell before it is late but if you have bought sooner then you can wait a little longer.

Well i mean I talk on a like 1 hour scale, right now the trend is downward... If i meant long term I would say either keep or sell and buy after a bit.

eth is on a downtrend, mercury goes retrogade and price spikes up for a bit, maybe the price then continues to tumble once mercury goes direct again??

The Ethereum is trading within the 0.016 to 0.022. So it is better to buy at 0.016 and sell at around 0.022.

The fluctuation of the price. Is it because of the DAO ICO?

Since it's relatively stable after bubble correction - I would say buy.

I think that was one of the major factors. That is why we can perhaps predict that latecomers will come and pump the price just before the ICO price goes up

It's too early to say. I think you should give it some time. It's only now that ethereum gets traction, with the help of Consensys studio which works hard on developing on top of ethereum blockchain.
As more dapps are develop on top of it, touching addressing real life scenarios, the value will get bigger, I think. But it depends more what type of investor you are. You are happy to mark your early earnings selling now at 10.44 US, or you can afford to wait more, to give time to ethereum go be more and more used for different implementations.

The question is : what will be eth price on the last day of DAO ? = eth huge panic buy ? (fear of missing something = human nature)

or may be i'm missing something ?
