"Bitcoin Gold" airdrop will be distributed on Nov 1st, they will take a snapshot of the bitcoin blockchain on Oct 25th and credit bitcoin holders accordingly.

Announced here: https://twitter.com/btcgpu/status/912122750952652800

An air drop which didn't got announced on Bitcoin talk? Weird.

Everybody can take a snapshot and move on from there. There are probably many more airdrops that we are not aware of their existence. Bitcointalk.org is considered to be a central discussion forum for bitcoin&altcoins but that's because many people chose that to be so.

I can take a snapshot of the network right now and create my own bitcoin-shit tomorrow without telling anybody in this forum but twitter.

This forum is a tool to access crypto/bitcoin lovers. Twitter/Reddit are other tools. One can ignore bitcointalk.org and try to gather investors from the other sources. BitcoinGold basically does that. (i think it is stupid though)

Almost every new coin out there uses three of these sources to max out their advertisements, which is smart. (this forum, twitter, reddit)

Mmmm... Another Bitcoin Cash

I think this one has a lot better specs than bcash.

I dumped my bcash instantly because of the scammers running that ponzi scheme but i might hold this btcgold for a while at least.

Check it  out yourself:

Segwit + GPU mining + Replay protection. What else one can ask? The only thing i don't know it its block size. If it is 1mb, then it is awesome.

Also there is another, bitcore, https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcore/
Don't forget to claim them and hold too.  Cool

so many airdrops. you do not know where to start.  ;)how do you manage to participate everywhere? or are you looking for the best ?

I manage to participate on airdrops that are being held on here, I don't really look for the best cause I honestly don't have the time, I just join every airdrop that's been announced but I make sure I have nothing to lose cause who doesn't want free coins right?

So we need to hold our bitcoins in the wallet and use it's private keys to claim Bitcoin gold? Does anyone have a proper guide about the process?
