I just left it in the wallet until it increased again.  Good idea.. but what if butcoin will not increase its price again and it continue to go down and down and dont have any chance to go up again? Do you think miners and bitcoiners will let this happen? I don't think so. bitcoin will never drop like this and don't reach to 1$ per bitcoins.. I wish if it could get 1$ again then may be i will buy 500BTC atleast . I could not arrange more or would have bought 1000BTC and then wait and hope it reach the todays price again in some years and i would be millionarie.Oh man this is all just a dream
Just sell one bitcoin today and wait for that day when bitcoin dropped to 1$ (which will never come) and buy 600 bitcoins with your one bitcoin's money. lolzz you will surely become millionaire when bitcoin again reach to 1000$. but if you sell your bitcoin and wait for price drop and price suddenly up to 1000$ to 2000$ then blame your self not me. do you thin that if the price of bitcoin will raised to 2000$ do you people will be able to trade it at such a high price. i dont think so. i think at that time people will stop buying it again. |

It will only drop if the buyers are few only,.. And if ever that happen there is some other altcoins currency that we can still use it aside from bitcoins, like eth, ltc,xrm, and etc.  |

Well, I obviously wouldn't kill myself. I wouldn't withdraw either, I mean come on, man..... How many of us would be able to withdraw even $50 if this would happen? I don't think there are many of us who would be able to. I would just keep it there and hope for an increase of price.

I would take my loss as a man. On the same hand I would buy more bitcoins, so my buying price would go down enormously. Then I would apply the same strategy.. Hold. |

Its obvious that it will not happen i notice right now that the price is gradually increasing.. the price right now is to far from $1 the price now is 680.. and this is a good sign that the price will hit soon at 700 value..

who knows how bitcoin would take such a disaster, but I say best decision would be buy alot of bitcoins and hope that price will rebound and after that take the nice profit.

Exactly what the title says.
If bitcoin dropped to the price of a dollar (which we hope it never will), what would you do? Buy more and hold, sell? Buy a promising altcoin like ETH?
I personally would buy more bitcoin.
Well because price wouldn't drop to 1$ in 5 minutes, so when i would notice that price drops, i would sell all or some of my coins, so i would be safe from losing all of my money in bitcoins, so i would be pretty safe And when price would be that low like 1$, i would probably buy like 50 or even 100 bitcoins and i would keep them till price will rise, and i am pretty sure that bitcoins price would rise back, price of bitcoin always rises after price falls |

It is true that in the altcoins market everything is possible, but it would be needed the conjunction of a lot of unfortunate events to see such a dramatic drop in the bitcoin price. But seeing how the DAO and ethereum have kept a good price despite their recent failure, it seems really difficult that something could lead the bitcoin price to $1.

I agree with this guy; if you spent most of years woring hard and earning bitcoin and in the end only get 1/600th of it, that would really piss me off. I would just wait and see what happens next. Otherwise iif nothing happens, a lot of signature campaigns would shut down, including faucets, all those projects centered around bitcoin would die. |

I think people are treating bitcoin as a joke and that is the reason they are expecting the unexpected from it and to be honest I don't think that bitcoin will fall that low ever in future. |
