It really depends on why it drops to $1.
There is no reason for it to drop to $1 it's just a hypothetical question on what would YOU do personally if btc was at $1 and you had a lot of money saved pretty much, would you buy or wait for it to go down more? I would buy instantly because that's just dumb not to. |

It really depends on why it drops to $1.
Whatever the reason for the drop to $1 is, people should not wait even a single second with buying as many coins as possible at these prices. It would probably be a one time opportunity for the majority of the people here. |

Reminds me of 2009 lol, I would buy 1000 Bitcoins  I think it will be different in 2009. because in that year bitcoin had just launch and of course the price would still be low. different bitcoin when the price dropped to $ 1. of course it is a different state than the first price in get by bitcoin I also doubt bitcoin will live again |

Exactly what the title says.
If bitcoin dropped to the price of a dollar (which we hope it never will), what would you do? Buy more and hold, sell? Buy a promising altcoin like ETH?
I personally would buy more bitcoin.
probably hold the remaining coins that i have, but honestly i dont think bitcoin will survive if the price went that low specially after this second halving, miners will just quit mining bitcoin because they`re not getting enough profit to pay for they`re bills to continue mining. so i guess if bitcoin drop that low ill save my remaining btc as a remembrance of its legacy as the first the and most successful cryptocurrency there is. |

Did you say "make it back"? If Bitcoin ever drops to $1 thousands of people would buy thousands of BTC and they would make thousands percents of profit in no time. That's why this will never happen. Its impossible to see that low price of bitcoin in future and I think now it will never go below the price of $500, bitcoin is getting popular and we can expect higher price in coming years. Oh eventually btc will tank under $500 again i just dont think it could ever reach $1 because of the fact that if it even went to $100 a TON of people would buy btc almost instantaneously to shoot the price most likely back to $250 at least in no time. Yeah and if it ever falls that low in future than we should take it positively and treat it as an earning opportunity for the future as major dump will be always followed by major pump. I don't think it's a positive reason why the price of bitcoin go that low. The reason bitcoin will fall that low is because there's something really bad happen. That's why the demand of it drastically fall. |

do you think that when the bicoin price will fall down to 1 USD then it will be so much reliable any more money. and if you are willing to wait for such a low price. then why you not buy ultcoin whose price is uder 13 in these days. i think when the price will fall done then every one will have lost their trust and no one will be ready to buy bitcon even from 1 USD. |

I think there is no chance on it. bitcoin will die if touched such a small price right ? nothing can you expect more. better looking altcoin or other potential investments. But to reach that point it will take a long time because the new era of bitcoin has begins |

I agree the post above. Bitcoins will be weak and many users would probably discontinue using it. Maybe, I'll be looking for other online money making program. Receiving a bad reputation means getting loss from it and investors might stop from supporting the coins. But for now, I don't see any chances of failure: this is just my opinion.

Most likely you will never see bitcoin at $1 because if it did drop to $1 then there would be no purpose to buy it if it was at $1 that would most likely mean that nobody here would be using it and no miners would be mining, that's the only reason it would be that low. |

For me Well if the price drops to $ 1 bitcoin this time, I would not hesitate to buy it in large numbers, because someday if halving happen, I would not regret it as it is today. I did not think the price will rise to a high bitcoin
