there is no reason not to be staking. If you're holding BLRY on Yobit, then you're just giving Yobit free coins, as they get all of your PoS interest.
Besides, it's good to keep everyone staking, that way there's lots of blocks, and transactions go faster. Remember we are %100 PoS now, there's no more PoW blocks being mined.
So if you're holding a large amount of BLRY and not staking, you're hurting the coin, and yourself. It's free coins for you, and more stability to the blockchain!
