Just to be fair, I have received my refund a few days ago... but we need a close watch on this exchange when it decides to open again.
Are they still responding to emails?

Decided to check out the dice. After about 20 rolls I encountered a loss of 16 consecutive rolls. http://imgur.com/0pznU84Odds of this happening are 1/65536. And it happened only after I rolled about 20 times before that. Probably would've continued but I didn't have the STRB to keep going. Decide for yourself if that's coincidence or not.

Still no coins.(((( Beijan hasn't come back to respond to the people who are requestin their refunds. I think it's safe to assume that we can't expect to get any refund from them. It already took so long and without communication, that only means they don't care anymore. I will suggest everyone to stay away from this exchange. If something like that happened once, they can do it again.
