I am looking for someone to design me a logo with the letters JM ACE.  This will be a corporate logo.  I want to see what you got.  It needs to be simple, not nothing that looks to out there.  Also it can not be to basic where it looks bland.  Whatever you do, do not use some template to pass it off.  I am ready to pay for something I like.  Please upload a low quality image here with price.  I can do this myself, I just do not have the time.  Lets see what you got.

Not a contest.  I am just looking for a good design.  If I see something I like with a reasonable price, I will pay for a high resolution copy.  I am looking for something I have not seen before or something that is catchy.

I like the first one.  The second one is a little bit out there for me.  I am liking the lettering for the first one, but I am looking for something more like where the letters are in one another.  Something where the inside of one letter is another letter, or part of the letters behind the other letters.  Thanks for posting though, just not making it for me.

OK. Did some adjustments. Simple black. Letters combined.
Same price. Always better to post initially what are you looking for, maybe some context
what kind of project is that, faucet, gambling etc...

Sorry man, its like a contest for me. You should make an agreement for only one designer, so it wouldn't make the other designers wasting their time onto it. The only thing you need to see is the portfolio or last projects of the designer, so the design will be made after you like his/her portfolio and make an agreement about its price or size.

To be honest, I think that there's nothing wrong with this thread or OP's request.
I've seen people asking OPs time and time again to change their design requests into competitions, however, I think that is wrong.
A person should only have to pay for a design he genuinely wants and feels satisfied with. By making a request into a competition you are pushing the OP into a corner and forcing him to have to pay for a design that he may not be happy with should the designs be poor.
Here the OP is simply asking for someone to show him some work on the basis that he will only pay for a design he likes. OP has clearly stated the details, so whoever submits a design clearly agrees with his terms and doesn't mind doing so. Those who want some sort of guarantee for their work should just look elsewhere...

Thank you for being nice about this all, but I am doing this for this exact reason.  I have had over 100 people send over possibilities and nothing of what I am looking for. I would have spent tons of money looking for what I am looking for, so I ask for samples.  For professionals and creative people, it is no time at all.  That is why I am willing to pay for the design I do like.  I want something original and professional looking.

I have no problem using escrow at all.  I will even pay first once I see something I like.  This is not that expensive of a job to complete, it just needs to be different from all else that out there and it needs to be professional.  That is why I asked for a low resolution clip, so I know what I will be paying for.

Though, very nice, I am looking for the letters to create the logo, not just my name under a design logo of sorts.  I like what you have done though, that is nice.  I am thinking of something with the initials ACE infront of JM or the other way around.  Thanks for your post.
