There is ample ways to make money with bitcoin. As of:
-Signature Campaign, this will generate regular income and good enough if high rankings in this forum.
-Trading, We can benefit from here but we have to understand in advance of the trade to be profitable.
-Sell Services, you can earn a lot of money on the expertise you have and usually sought expertise such as design and does away with the internet.
-Investasi, This can be beneficial if you can find a place reliable investment and can give good luck.

with such a small amount, i would say that buying "good sh*tcoins" would be the best. find a good project and bet on it. Steem made 1000% on its launch (this is just a example, i dont see steem as a good investment now).

Well if you are going to invest into some really sh*tcoins, then it is really all about luck. You can never tell when a coin is going up or down unless they release information about them.

Yeah investing in shit coins is like gambling, either you make profits or loose everything, but if you are lucky and if coin pumps then you can make huge profits from it even in a single day.

Another is to go the way of trading although many have claimed that its less risky than the former, but one will need the requisite skill as  even myself is still learning. With these two you are sure to get some returns if its done the right way.

But apparently there's no right way in gambling. There's no guideline out there that teaches you how to gamble in the right way. Most gamblers that have made money out of it are the ones that are betting on crazy situations. Like a 1/100 chance of winning kind of situation.

In trading, on the other hand, there's a lot of tutorials out there that teaches you different trading techniques. There's no standard way of doing trading but you can still make profit out of it no matter which technique you choose. Just think of it a lot of times before you invest in a certain altcoin.

That's right and I think trading is always an better choice then gambling, gambling is pure luck based and if you are lucky on that day then you may hit the jackpot but that would be once in a blue moon.

Agreed, i also think that most of the other ways are here to use $100 and earn from it. But i think better is that to buy the bitcoins with them and save it for a long time, than definitely after passing the time, your $100 will be complete your bitcoin. Otherwise best way is that play the gambling, and gambling is superb for only your $100.

Agree! I dont really recommend that amount of money in gambling because it can be loose only in a matter of seconds! But also you can double it in a matter of seconds also . Though it is really risky. i do prefer trading on that amount of money

With that capital he have only to option for investment, either go for altcoin trading or for gambling, but in gambling he may loose everything but in trading he have some chance to make profits.

I don't think that will give good profits, one thing he can do is that he can buy multiple lower rank accounts and upgrade them to higher level and then sell at higher price.
